1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using ExtinControl, you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service provider

ExtinControl is a product and technology of SKB Technology S.A. Website: skbtecnologia.com.

3. Service description

ExtinControl provides digital tools to inventory and track extinguishers and related data within an organization. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The customer organization remains responsible for regulatory compliance in its sector and territory; the platform is an operational aid and does not replace legal or certified safety advice unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Registration and accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. SKB may suspend or close accounts for misuse, security risk, or breach of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Among other restrictions, you must not:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to access data or systems without authorization.
• Interfere with service stability (attacks, malicious overload, etc.).
• Resell or redistribute access without SKB’s authorization.

6. Customer content and data

Data and images you upload remain your responsibility. You grant SKB the right to host, process, and display such content solely to operate the service. You must have any required authorizations if you include personal data of third parties (employees, facilities, etc.).

7. Intellectual property

Software, branding, and materials for ExtinControl are owned by SKB or its licensors. You do not acquire ownership except for the limited license to use the service under these terms.

8. Availability and changes

SKB may modify, interrupt, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when feasible. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SKB is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or penalties arising from use or inability to use the service. Total aggregate liability may be limited to fees paid by the customer for the service in that period, or zero if the service is free — to be specified in commercial contracts where applicable.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place of incorporation or operation of SKB Technology S.A., without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules. Competent courts shall be those determined under that framework unless otherwise agreed in writing.
